Student Login Student Signup

Whether you’re a brand-new BACWWE student or a returning student who has been away for a semester or longer, you’ll need to follow some registration steps before you can be enrolled in BACWWE classes. If you are a returning student with continuous enrollment, click here to go directly to the Student Login page where you can request courses.

The online application process begins with Solano Community College’s CCC Apply system. Submitting an application for admission through CCC Apply will generate a new, 9-digit Student Identification Number (SCCID) if you are a new student, or re-activate your status as a returning student if you have been away for a semester or longer.

Here’s how it works:

First, you’ll either activate or reactivate your Student Identification Number (SCCID). (See below for specific instructions on how to do that.)

Once you’ve received your Student Identification Number (SCCID), you can begin to request BACWWE classes each semester (See below.)

Registration Steps for New Students

If you're a new student, apply below.

You’ll be directed to set up a Student Application Account, including a username and password. Once you’ve done that, you’ll get an auto-reply e-mail back within 24-48 hours with your new Solano Community College Student Identification Number (SCCID) and your automatically generated "My Solano" username and password.

After completing the application, come back to the BACWWE website and use the Student Sign-up page to create an account. Click here to enter contact information and let us know which Solano Community College Water/Wastewater courses you’ve already taken with a grade of “C” or better. Keep track of all the information related to your new Student Account — especially the Student Identification Number (SCCID), your username, and password — because you’ll need these to register for classes and to check your grades and transcripts.

Please keep in mind that the username and password you create for CCC Apply is separate from the username and password you’ll receive for your "My Solano" Student Account. You will use "My Solano" to view grades and print unofficial transcripts or order official transcripts, but not for requesting BACWWE classes.

If you don’t receive a Student Identification Number (SCCID), make sure the automatic e-mail didn’t get stuck in a spam blocker, or log in to your account again through CCC Apply to double-check that your e-mail address is listed correctly.

Registration Steps for Returning Students

If you’re a returning student who has not taken a Solano Community College class for a semester or longer, you must complete another application through CCC Apply for admission to Solano Community College.

Just like your initial application, you’ll go through the CCC Apply online process.

Please note that if you miss a Spring or Fall semester, you must complete another application for admission to Solano Community College.

Use your username and password to access your existing Student Application Account. Do not create a new user Student Application Account if you already have one. If you can’t remember your username and password information, use the "I Forgot My Username and Password" option below the log on box.

Once you re-apply for admission, you’ll receive an auto-reply e-mail within 24-48 hours with your Student Identification Number (SCCID) and your automatically generated "My Solano" username and password. You can then use your SCCID to request your preferred BACWWE class(es).

Registration Steps for Continuing Students

If you are a continuing BACWWE student (that is, with no enrollment breaks between semesters, excluding summer), go directly to the Student Login page where you can request classes.

Selecting and Requesting a BACWWE Class

For descriptions of the classes, view catalog pages 317,318,319.

Once you’re ready to select a specific class and request placement in that class for the upcoming semester, click here. Please note that BACWWE classes are not first-come, first-served, like other Solano Community College courses. Because they are supported by BACWWE partners, the priority in filling these classes goes to employees of BACWWE partners.
